These are my mutations from the presumed origin of my hg: K1a1b1e from L1’2’3’4’5’6:
L1'2'3'4'5'6 ► C146T C182T T4312C T10664C C10915T A11914G G13276A G16230A ► L2'3'4'5'6 ► C152T A2758G C2885T G7146A T8468C ►L2'3'4'6 ► C195T A247G A825T T8655C A10688G C10810T G13105A T13506C G15301A A16129G T16187C C16189T ► L3'4'6 ► G4104AA7521G ► L3'4 ► T182C! T3594C T7256C T13650C T16278C ► L3 ► A769G A1018G C16311T ► N ► G8701A C9540T G10398A C10873T A15301G! ► R ► T12705C T16223C ► U ► A11467G A12308G G12372A ► U2'3'4'7'8'9 ► A1811G ► U8 ► T9698C ► U8b'c ► A3480G ► U8b ► G9055A C14167T ► K ► A10550G T11299C T14798C T16224C T16311C! ► K1 ► T1189C A10398G! ► K1a ► C497T T16093C ► K1a1 ►C114T G11914A! ► K1a1b ► A15924G ► K1a1b1 ► A11470G ► K1a1b1e ► G9932A
1 backmutation (T182C!) from L1’2’3’4’5’6 to L3, and 4 from L3 to K1a1b1e (A15301G, T16311C, A10398G, G11914A). After K1a1b1e I should get the mutations C114T and T16093C.
Id est:
1 backmutation in 77200 years (154300-77100)
4 backmutations in 68900 years (77100-8200)
2 backmutations in about 8000 years.
Do you think that that is reliable by a statistical point of view? We have a progression of backmutations in the order of 1>4>17.
